Exchange Eligibility
Items purchased using LUXE Membership discounts are eligible for size exchanges only within 30 days of shipment. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
No Refund Policy — Final Sale
All LUXE First Class purchases remain Final Sale. No monetary refunds or credits to the original payment method will be issued under any circumstances.
Boarding Credits
If a requested exchange size is out of stock, a digital Boarding Credit (store credit) will be issued, valid for the next seasonal drop in October or April. Credits expire after 6 months if unused.
Shipping for Exchanges
The passenger is responsible for return shipping ("Return Flight") to our facility. Ace Signatures covers outbound shipping for the newly sized replacement.
Billing
LUXE membership is billed at $69.99 bi-yearly, automatically charged on March 5 and September 5. Cancellation must be made prior to renewal date.
