Refund & Exchange Policy

At Ace Signatures, we are committed to delivering premium quality and a refined customer experience. Due to the exclusive nature of our products and limited releases, all purchases are subject to the following policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Membership subscription payments

2. Exchanges (Where Applicable)

We offer exchange options only under specific conditions.

FLEX Members

• Limited exchange access
• Requests must be made within [X days] of delivery
• Subject to product availability

LUXE Members

• Extended exchange privileges
• Requests must be made within [X–X days] of delivery
• Priority processing
• Access to wider exchange options (if available)

3. Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to reject any exchange that does not meet these conditions.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear images as proof

If approved:

• A replacement or exchange will be arranged

5. Shipping for Exchanges

• Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• LUXE members may receive reduced or waived fees (if applicable)

6. Boarding Credit (Optional)

In approved cases, we may issue store credit (boarding credit) instead of a refund.

7. Membership Fees

All membership payments (FLEX & LUXE) are:

• Non-refundable
• Billed on a recurring basis
• Cancelable anytime before the next billing cycle
